    A couple of questions

Hi, I have a couple of question that hopefully the folks in here can give me an answer on:
    • I've seen it mentioned here that any Plextor drive is typically a good drive for ripping - is this still true? I currently have a TSSTcorp SH-S223B and I'm having a few issues, so was looking at replacing it and was thinking of picking this up (Plextor PX-880SA).
    • I currently have a large amount of my CD collection ripped in FLAC format. I've been thinking about trying to properly archive my CDs (So that I can mount them virtually) - is the best way of doing this to use a standard CD ripping piece of software like PowerISO, or is there anything I can do within dBpoweramp... or is it not really necessary once I have them accurately ripped to FLAC?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Re: A couple of questions

Modern Plextors are pretty much the same as other DVD drives.

PowerISO cannot rip an audio CD with secure settings.
