I tried to manually change the album title or artist, submit disabled.

I found a CD that had no info, I manually entered all info, submit is still disabled.

It think there is something else wrong?

Normally changing the album title allows submission.

And each track is edited from Track 01 , etc? and an artist is set?

Yes, for unknown CD I added title, year, track name, artist, and composer, still no option to submit.
