song tempo

just downloaded the latest version and every song i convert from mpeg plays at a very fast tempo(rate). sounds the the chipmunks are singing Hoobastank - Crawling In The Dark. any ideas? i am running winXP.

You sometimes get this when converting movie files, all I can recommend is trying the MP3PRO input decoder from codec central.
