separator characters in fields

Is there a way to convert semi colons and colons to commas in fields with multiple names like the artist, title, composer? It seems that the semicolon causes only the first item to be displayed in some audio players.
I have looked through Configuration but do not see anything.

The issue is actually that dMC is probably splitting your artists into separate artist tags, and when it displays them in the pop-up information, it actually puts them together on one line.
