Pass 3 ripping And Re-Rip (Please Help)

Actually whenever i rip cds only pass 1 and 2 occur and then the ultra - secure starts i never got pass 3 ripping and i dont find any options when does this occur Also When does the Re-rip occur i used to get that but after i cleaned my CD i did not get that is there any setting to enable Re-rip please send me a
setting which i should enable and

You would not get a 3rd pass if the first 2 had no errors, unless you force it with the ultra secure options.
