Album Art Without Perfect metadata

Can the CD Ripper download Album Art without the Perfect Metadata subscription? Or is that required to get the album art.

I don't have a subscription (indicates access expired) and I can't figure out how to get the album art.

It is required as album art is returned from the 2 commercial providers.
