BUG: dbpoweramp CD ripper crashing on overwrite

I'm using dbPoweramp 13.1. It works great, except:
If dbPoweramp needs to overwrite an existing file, it brings up the dialog and when I hit ok on it, the whole program crashes. I have to go delete the file manually and then I can rip again. Anyone have a way around this problem?

Anything special about the location of the files, the filenames, the operating system?
