AMG, GD3 & MusicBrainz expired after upgrade to Reference

I recently registered Powerpack v13 then a few days later upgraded to Reference. After ripping about ten CDs with the the Reference upgrade, I get a message that AMG, GD3 & MusicBrainz has expired. What the deal? I went to the download page through my order number and re-downloaded and re-installed V13 Reference again but no change. What should I do? I think that I should have about 350 or so days left on the included AMG subscription.

In the registration retrieval enver the order number for the first purchase and at the bottom of the page is an AMG activation (upgrades do not come with AMG).
