Errors - Entry Point Not Found... WMVCore.dll

I have downloaded and installed the program and the codec's but I continue to get these messages, even tho it worked briefly:

Music Convertor - Entry Point not found: The procedure entry point WMCreateSyncReader could not be located in the dynamic link library WMVCore.Dll

dMC Configuration: Music Converter.exe - Entry Point Not Found. The procedure entry point WMCreateWriter could not be located in the dynamic link library WMVCore.dll

I really need to get this resolved as I have a bunch of music to convert for a friend who is deploying in a few days... can you help ???
