Spoon, would you explain which are the characteristics of the Presets?

I mean in "compression settings" "advanced", this "quality" drop down menu with "HiFi, Sudio, Very High..."...

I am still at a loss to understand what is the best setting for high quality rendering. Some are compatible with VBR (Very High Quality), some impose CBR (Studio, CD...). But I can't get a "minimum rate" to be respected by VBR (I get rates as low as 32 on older CDs, even with "no preset" and "minimum bit rate" set at 192).

How does it work out? What is the best setting for demanding listeners? Overall, is it best to be in VBR, or in CBR?

Thanks to share your experience with us...
