echo

Hi I've tried to follow the instructions, hooked up headphones out to computer input, set theVu at various levels where the sound I hear is good. I then record to wave but when I play the recorded wave track back it sounds like it's full of echo. What am I doing wrong.

I havn't come across anything like this, by echo it might be your computer is too busy to record and it records in chunks, or that the volume is too loud of what you are recording (it might look right on the VU but that is after it has been scaled down).
