Can't choose the ABR and VBR formats

I just bought the dbpower Amp today and when I went to the "mp3 compression settings", the Bite Rate (CBR) is already chosen as the target and I can't click in the Quality (VBR), the other Bit Rate (ABR) or the free format ? How can I change that ? Thanks for your answer

You have the Wave codec selected, choose the mp3 (Lame) codec instead.
