inconsistent ripping

Can anybody please explain what is happening here:

I have started to use the CD ripper with my Plexwriter premium (I have used EAC for a long time)

Ripping a brand new (no copy protection and not in Accuraterip) cd to .flac I get these results:

First try: all secure but warning tracks 4 and 7
Second try: all secure no warnings

I thought I'd try again a couple of times to see what happened

Third try: all secure but warning track 5
Fourth try: all secure but warning track 6

What does this inconsistency mean? - any advice would be most appreciated.

The warning is that a sector had to be re-ripped, EAC would show the track quality as not 100% (which is quite common).
