    Tried To Update Program

    I tried to update my program to the newest version and because I made an error logging in it said my order number had been used too many times and I should try again next week. I then decided to try and download the program again and when I installed the new program it deleted my prior version. The new version does not convert! I keep getting a message "error running core converter." Now I have no program to use. I use this program every week to covert files so they can be posted to my church website. Will I really have to wait until next week? How do I make it work?
