"Error valid mp3 frame not found" Help?

I was attempting to burn a ripped CD to a compilation disc through Nero. This was the only CD that I experienced trouble with. All the other tracks listed the same error. I just listed the first one for space reasons.

Error converting to mp3 (Lame), 'T:\Music\Singles\Downloaded\Letoya Luckett\01 Intro.mp3' to 'T:\Music\Singles\Downloaded\Letoya Luckett\01 Intro.mp3'
Error valid mp3 frame not found. [clsMAD::Init]

Could someone help me with this please?

Try playing it in another program, dBpoweramp is saying the file is not a valid mp3 file.
