Hi,
I ordered 1 Power Pack & Mp3 Encoder License through SWREG a couple of weeks ago, along with the extended download service. I now need to re-install them, but don't have a back-up copy. I have used SWREG's extended download service to resend ther email with the link to the download site, but when I click the link I get an error whiuch reads "An Error Has Occurred. The download time has expired please contact your vendor".
The email also inclded links to earlier DMC and CD Writer downloads. These links work OK.
What do I do?
