Problems writing FLAC after ripping discs

Good evening,

I've been ripping my entire collection and have half a dozen discs out of maybe 400 so far that exhibit this problem.

The tracks seems to rip but won't write giving this error:-

Error ripping to FLAC, 'Track 1' to '\\nas\music\Pet Shop Boys\Please\01...

I wanted to make a boot able CD in windows 7 without any software but i could't do so. Is there any suggestion for me?
