WMP unable to read timing information

I use Windows Media Player (WMP) 12 to play FLAC files using the Xiph.org direct show filters (0.85.1777) and WMP TagPlus 1.2 to enable tag support in WMP. Everything works perfectly on flac files that were generated by Ripstation Micro.

Duplicate entries of tracks in WMP 12
Hello,
yesterday (2010-04-12) I downloaded Asset UPnP and tried it on my big music collection.
After a while of letting Asset scanning the MP3 files I tried to view the "library" with WMP 12.
It was quite nice, but ... many, many tracks were duplicated... -
Best Meta Settings for WMP
Utilized the batch ripper in various configurations for the 400 disc trial and could not find the combination of settings which allows Windows Media Player to understand key meta data.

Tag wav files?
Hi, I'm new to all this stuff so excuse my ignorance. I'm ripping my collection for archival purposes into wav. When I add these wav files into windows media player or itunes there is no info. I can see that the files have tags though. Help would be greatly appreciated.
