Transfer dB software to new PC

I have dBpoweramp 16.2 on my desktop and want to transfer it to a new laptop. I dont have any set-up files. How can I do it?

Sometimes i have a audio file well tagged, and later i re-rip from cd/ find same song with better quality, but with little or no tags. For e.g, 128kbps (old), and 320kbps (new),

Then i have to tag the new files manually. I was thinking that there be a DSP to copy tag of a file directly...
