If I reinstall dbpoweramp (family pack) on same PC…

Hi from Japan. I’m a dbpoweramp family pack user. I heard family pack user can install 5 PC, but if I delete from PC by mistake and reinstall again on same PC, Does that mean it was counted as two computers? I will apologize if my english is wrong or difficult to understand!

I purchased registered product on 16 Sept 2017 and using it quite happily until recently on my desktop PC which then had a problem and hard drive had to be formatted, windows reinstalled. I am now trying to rebuild things but after 3 unsuccessful attempt to install db poweramp using my registration...
