Preserve thumbnails in jpeg to tif batch conversion

Is there a way to preserve image thumbnails (for viewing in Photoshop) when doing a batch conversion from jpeg to tif image files?

I am using the Replaygain converter to add EBU R 128 Track gain to the ID tag.
There is an option to preserver Date modified File Time, this is working for MP3 files, but doesn't seem to work for FLAC files..?

Hi,

I just bought and downloaded Reference and now I use Batch Converter.
When I'm testing a single encoding the DSP folder.jpg preserve, it's work well.
When I use the multiple encoder to create mp4, mp3 on local and on NAS the folder.jpg doesn't transfer.

Is it possible to add an option 'apply timestamps from the original files to the converted' ?
