I'm using dBPoweramp 16.2 and Ogg Vorbis Release 25 under Windows 10 Pro fully patched.
Tried to convert a series of 10 small ogg files to mp3 but all them resulted in errors, as below.
Reinstalled the codec to no avail.
All files are playable and sound normal using foobar2000....
