Dynamic Naming Help: Creating a Very Specific Folder

This is my current naming scheme, which almost works perfectly for my desired folder structure…

I can't get track numbers to show up in the title, and I have "[Track *] - [title] for album tracks" checked.
I have tried every setting available, but no luck.

I mostly use my PS4 to play music through asset upnp, and instead of:

01 - Z title here
...

Is it possible through use of ID Tag Update - Manipulation - Rule Based Manipulation (or any other way) to update the track number from being single digits (1, 2, 3, 4...) to be double digit/total tracks (01/15, 02/15, 03/15, 04/15...)?

I've tried using
