I converted some flac files to ALAC at 24/88 but my IPOD Classic 7th Gen can't sample at that high a rate. It samples at 44kHz just fine though. What do I do with my 24/88 files??

Can one lossless format be converted perfectly to antoher using Music Converter? I have a large number of files that I have ripped to FLAC using RipNAS and would like to convert some to AIFF or ALAC for use on an IPOD.
