With Removal of FreeDB, I'm seeing issues with newer released CD's

Admittedly these are incredibly niche CDs in the Celtic music genre but CD Ripper does not find these in the metadata search.

rather often I get a rejection message from FreeDB, see the example below.
it says "empty DTITLE" but as you can see, there is a DTITLE field and it is not empty......

I am trying to use freedb for tagging my flac files but it never seems to grab/have album art. Is there something I can do so that it looks up and imports the album art? I am out of free lookups in AMG and GD3 and Musicbrainz never works at all. Any tips here for getting the album art in batchripper...
