Hi,
i just converted a bunch of FLAC to Apple AAC with VBR Quality 111(Estimated 256kbps).
My AAC Files show bitrates between 112 kbps and 308 kbps.
I am fine with the higher bitrates, but 112 is definitely too low.
I thought using Apple AAC quality 111 would...
2 results in 0.0048 seconds.

FDK AAC encoder is in encoder folder, but isn't available in Converter/Ripper (v15.3)
There must be something simple that I'm missing. No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall (even with Norton Antivirus turned off) this encoder is unavailable from within the programs. Happened since I upgraded to dbPoweramp v15.3. Ideas please?
