Just upgraded to 16.1 for Mac. Ripped a CD, then got these errors. (Doesn't bother me, thought you'd like to know ...)
The ripped files seems to be perfectly OK, no trouble...

Did a rip with my usual setup, Multi Encoder, using the AAC encoder with two different settings.

Error report converting .aif to .m4a - 'Error Chunk is out of file.'
I have just updated to 14.3 and now, when converting a set of tracks from AIFF to Apple Lossless I get an error report for about half of the tracks as follows:
Error converting to Apple Lossless, 'C:\Data\Temp\Music\AccurateRip Library\Chris Knight\Little Victories\02 - Missing You.aif'...
