Cover art not showing

Any idea why cover art does not appear from musicbrainz? Picards finds the following entry which has cover art:

Up until a few days ago the CD cover art database search brought up hundreds of possible artwork selections, typically over a hundred. Even though many were only vaguely 'related', it still showed them.

I'm using dmc with VB6 for reading id-tags.
I don't see the cover-tag. Can I read the cover and store it in a file?

I have noticed in both FLAC and MP3, that PNG format cover art is not displayed. The dBPoweramp properties tab recognizes that there is album but will not display. Is this a bug or feature that can/will be remedied in the future?
