Multiple cores usage - permanently turn on in an easy way?
I have noticed that I can choose [on the fly] the number of cores for each individual conversion. But to make this a permanent choice I have to create a DSP Effect by the name o Multi-CPU Force. And this helps but still is not efficient enough - because I have to do this repeat that for every file format... -
R16.3: cannot get it to default to using all cores during conversions
Win 8.1, R16.3, 64bit, 'Power Pack Registered". With or without DSP effect 'multi-cpu' enabled, no conversion uses all cores by default. When I manually enable it while converting in the Conversion Window >Options>Encoding>Cores, the conversion speeds up significantly, even when converting...
