Pop Up Windows: Core Converter.exe does not function anymore

After several months using CD Ripper again error messages poped up during ripping:
"dbpoweramp CoreConverter does not function anymore"
"Close Program"

I have a licensed copy of dbPoweramp Reference 15.3. I can't find the coreconverter.exe in my C:\Program Files (x86)\Illustrate\dBpoweramp folder. I've unhidden known file extensions; set folder properties to show hidden files, no joy. Anyone know where else I should look? Thanks!

I just installed a trial version of dbpoweramp and I'm looking to use the command line interface via CoreConverter.exe. Unfortunately, the size listed is 0 bytes. Any idea why or what I did wrong?
