I downloaded and installed the .shn codec. During install I got an error message regarding dbampconfig.exe, then a FINISHED message.
The codec does not show up in the list of installed codecs nor will dbamp recognize shn files. Thoughts and ideas? Running Win 10

the new codecs are seen as installed by the system. The dbpoweramp processus of installation is correct, without error.
But .... the codec are not listed in the dbpoweramp config application (files are on the disk)

Problem with R15 : no way to make vorbis work properly

I'm using DBPAMC R15.1 64 bits with win 7 64 bits and my antivirus is avast.

I have a few .xm (FastTracker2) files that I'd like to convert, but I recently updated to dMC 14.1. When I look through the codecs, there doesn't appear to be support any longer for .xm files. When I try to apply to the codec from the legacy section, it says I can't apply that to this version of dMC.... -

According to the dbPoweramp website, the music converter is supported under Linux using Wine. Indeed I have had no trouble installing it and getting it to run under Ubuntu 9.10, however, the AAC codec is not available to the software. There is AAC support in Linux itself, since I can play AAC files...
