FLAC output - clicks unless saved with no compression

Hi,

I have a number of .ape files with cue sheets to convert into individual FLAC files, one per track. I used CUETools to read the cue sheet and generate individual .ape files for each track. The initial big .ape file and the individual files play without any issues in VLC.
