What is the best format / codec for windows

I want to rip my CDs and maintain the highest possible sound quality. I'm not worried about file size. A lossless codec seems to be what I need.
I want my files to be playable on a windows...

I have a WHS2011 installation waiting for Asset UPnP v4 to be released. I have about 100 CDs ripped to Flac.

Currently, I use my htpc (windows 7) and the media center MediaPortal to enable bit perfect replay of my music. However, this is far from intuitive.

Hi there!

After having a few problems with my Client PC I decided to put Asset on my Server. Unfortunateley I always get the free version although I use the registered File for XP. This file worked as registered on an XP Machine.

Now I'm trying to install on a Windows 2003...

I absolutely love dBpoweramp music converter, but there's a bug that completely drives my insane with this product, since it forces me to launch the app from the start menu, drill down through all my folders, and then select each item in a folder before I can start a batch convert....
