How do I make playlists work?

Can anyone help me get Playlists working? I have:

1) Created a text file with absolute paths to some music files.
2) Saved this with an m3u file extension
3) Added the folder path where this file is located to the ‘Audio Library’ window and set contains to ‘Playlists’...

1)How is possible to show the dynamic playlist NEW ALBUM under the root folder and not under the playlist folder?

I would like to add .m3u playlists to my playlists folder.

I see that others have figured out how by reading the asset manual, but I have been unable to locate the manual.

Could you tell me where to find the manual with this information and/or how to add fixed playlists?...

i was using dmc 10 until i switched to 13 recently.
now i have read the forums where ppl say it's simply a text file
everyone creates their own playlist files sometime or the other

now this is my problem:
in DMC v10 i could select multiple songs from different folders...
