Album art internet search updated, now obtains better results
Album Art - renamed options, added extra Pixels size options
Album Art - 'Low Resolution Defined As' new option, defaults to 1000 (1400 maximum allowed value).
Album Art - Show Album in Explorer, if album is from multiple folders then multiple explorer windows opened
Main launcher, new options section with new default option 'Album Defined by' default to 'Folder and album tag'
Main launcher: added [Edit] on settings to open default genre and default tag lists which are used by ID Tagger.
