convert .ram failure, but many are succeeded

I just installed the Real decoder. I can convert five .ram files successfully to .mp3 or .wav. However I found that a .ram file, which can be played normally by my RealPlayer 8.0 Basic, cannot be converted successfully. It just converts the most beginning portion, and left the remaining portion blank without converted, and the output file size is doubled to 10mb. I've tried to output it to .wav, but the blank starting point from the output .wav file is just the same as that found from the .mp3 output file. I thought that the Real decoder is not functioning correctly to this .ram file.

Could anyone help pls?
