lost instructions

Hello, I have upgraded my comp and did a clean install of XP, unfortunately I have lost the url for a neat little tutorial explaining how to set up DBc with lame. I remember it saying that this is the best way to implement Lame with DBC.
Does anyone recall the above mentioned tutorial??
