In a <artist>/<album name> folder hierarchy, it gets time consuming when you want to convert a recently ripped set of albums.
For example, you may have hundreds Artist folders, when you need to spot just a few albums recently ripped, you may wish to convert.
A suggestion: enhance folder selection.
Add a filter that will allow user to view only folders in a date range; doing so, a new view in the left side of the main window will be reloaded showing only folders that will match the filter . To accomplish this it may be required to use a simple list view in the left side, in place of the tree view. Otherwise, using the treeview, in some cases nothing would be displayed, because the date filter could discard parent folders with dates not matching the filter's date
