LAME was the former decoder, LAME and Fraunhoefer are offered as encoder options.

dBpoweramp shipped with Lame and Fraunhofer, Lame was the preferred choice though.

Would you please tell which you used before move to MPG123?

Was it LAME or Fraunhofer or Fast Fraunhofer maybe?

The menus are easily seen in CD Ripper, ie Options Drop Menu >> Encoder Priority

It used to be grey for selected, it is now Blue with a tick on the end.

I see menu when clicking on column very close to right of Options button. That is Options Drop Menu I think. I see checks also on the right for After Ripping.

As I am curious, if new decoder for MP3 is called "MPG123" could you please say what the last used decoder was called?

From at file hippo I see changelog for 13.3:

It lists changes such as this one:

- mp3 decoder - switched and now supports network streaming (for Renaissance)

Does this mean old decoder has been switched out of program and newer or different decoder has been put in?

- All programs - menu selection improved (grey bar removed, uses light blue with a tick mark on end)

Could someone post to an image showing before then after? I do not see the change visually when I try 13.3 so would like to see a screen shot or sample so I can understand what changed.
