I noticed this on version 12.4 and did not see it mentioned in the bug fixes for R13.
When you convert from .m4a to .mp3, if you have padded zeros in the disc/track fields, they are removed after converting.
Example: Disc 01/01 and Track 01/01 become Disc 1/1 and Track 1/1 after converting.
Maybe it also happens with some other formats, but I'm only really using those two for the most part.
