Don't see a particular spot for this question, so will place my question.
I am attempting to burn a cd using the wmp burner that is installed on my cp (dell basic) I have no idea what name of the burner is.
I some files (audio) on a re-writeable cd and they burned ok. I then tried to burn the same files on a new memorex 48x700mb-80 min. cd, the burner kicked it out and said to install a blank cd, I tried with several other new cd's same as above got the same deal.
Would appreciate any thoughts orhelp.
