You hover over task bar so it shows the little window then right click on that little window >> maximize

I am using CD Ripper v16.1 (full version) with Windows 10. I had the program open, but not doing anything when its window suddenly jumped up to the top right corner of my screen. I could not access minimise ,maximise or close because I was unable to drag the window into a position where I could access them. I shut down my computer, restarted it but the window stayed in the same place. The following day I encountered the same problem that this thread is concerned with - CD Ripper does not open from the taskbar or from the desktop icon. Reinstalling has not solved the problem. I don't get the opportunity to maximise when I hover over the taskbar icon, I only get unpin and a small part of the CD Ripper window displayed which I still can't open.

In case this helps: I had the same problem, but with Windows 10. I uninstalled/reinstalled, which didn't fix the problem. I found this thread and followed the instruction to maximize the window, which worked -- but the window opened up at full screen size, with the bottom of it behind the Task Bar, and I couldn't resize it. Long story short, that problem went away after I closed and reopened CD Ripper.

I am using Windows 7 and this same problem has just started - icon showing in taskbar but I am unable to maximise it - I tried activating other programs and occasionally by hovering the mouse over the
icon the maximise/minimise buttons show but do not work only the X button operates. I have the paid version of the software and have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling - rebooting etc none of this
makes any difference. Any further ideas on this problem?

Solved it! You have to right click on the icon and then pick maximize - I was clicking on the maximize button on the icon.

Hello,

I use Windows 10 und die Ripping Programm works well until today.
The window of the ripping Programm does not open.

I uninstall the Programm an reinstall it, but it does not help.

Help pease...

I tried a restore point of Windows 7 and it worked.

I don't think i had the preview next to my icon in task bar but next time (hope never) i would try try Spon's reply or reinstall...

Strange,

I open cd ripper in Windows 7.

It opens in task bar but no window opens.

I open a second one and the same.. opened in task bar but no window...

Other dbpoweramps apps not problem... they open.
I opend it trought the start menu / dpoweramp configuration ("control center") and the same... it opens a new one in task bar but no window.
...

I don't see any repair function in progam and features in windows.


In task manager i choose "switch to..." but no cd ripper window opens.

The applications in task maanger are "runnin"... not "not responding"
In the "process" tab the 3 cdgrab.exe process don't move any Kb...



I restarted pc... not better.



Help please...
