yep, I *think* I had installed R15 with R14 still installed and it got crossed up and/or I was trying to see if the new codecs were the same as the old ones I had and blah blah...suffice to say I figured out later that R15 doesn't come with the codec...

just clarifying: do you need the codec @ http://www.dbpoweramp.com/beta/dBpow...etImage%5D.exe if you have R15.3, which comes with a version said codec?
