How ever if it is for a tag it knows about, such as comment (in description only) it should not do this.
I don't know why, but it does it.

By the way. Is the FLAC codec new?

dMC does this too, e.g. with FLAC I tried mapping DESCRIPTION to COMMENT with ID Tag Update, and the semicolons appeared. They remain when converting FLAC to, say, Nero AAC.

I have noticed with v14.3 that the CD Ripper adds a semicolon to the end of each line in my comments.
Is there any way to prevent that happening?

    Thanks...
