You are saying you never get metadata, or you do, only not for some CDs?

    Re: No album information found

I apologize those questions are now verry old but i don't understand.
I have a registered version of DBpoweramp I have no problem with the Rip and with the tag...except some times. I have in the same case: information by I Tunes but nothing by Meta. Of course it is not the same base (in fact this record the tag are false in the MusicBrainz Website!) but how can i proceed? Of course I tried to make a test with another record there is no problem in my connection.

    Thanks for ypur help.

You can do and click Meta Drop menu >> Submit to >>

Try a popluar cd, all 4 columns should be filled.

    Re: No album information found

Well it found the first album but not the 2nd one which is called "Waiting For Bonaparte".
    Damn :(
Also with this new version of the ripper program, when I click on the Meta button (As opposed to clicking on the dropdown of the button) it now doesn't display anything, it just redisplays the screen.
Another update. It found the other albums so there's just that 1 that it couldn't find. What's the procedure now, do I need to enter the details in myself?

Thanks. I've activated AMG and it's given me 199 days and now it's found the album information :smile2:

When I do alt-M I only get one listing and the buttons at the top with the other providers don't seem clickable.

Re-issue registered version of dBpoweramp can be downloaded from this page:

Noting PerfectMeta (AMG) activation is under the main download link, where eligible (excluding upgrade purchases).

More information. When I click on the Meta button it tells me that everything has expired. I bought the Reference version in August 2009 so am confused!

If I open up the metadata menu the alt+m option is greyed out (Review PerfectMeta Matches option)

OK thanks, I'll give that a try.
Edit - just tried it and alt+M doesn't do anything.
It shows the album information though

Insert a popular disc, when metadata is retrieved press ALT + M and all 4 providers should have data.

How do I make sure it's retrieving from all 4? Sorry if it's a dumb question!

    No album information found

    Hi everyone.
I've just got 4 albums by a band called The Men They Couldn't Hang. They are old albums but I'm not sure if they are a re-release or not.
No album information is found for any of them so am not sure if there's anything I can do? If I rip them in iTunes it does find the correct album information.
Working...
