Handling Multi-Disc Albums

There seems to be only 2 options to handle these. Either as separate containers or all together in one.
What I'd like is for them to be i separate container like this:
Single Disc Album->Tracks (as is)
Multi Disc Album->Disc 1->Tracks
--"-----"----"--->Disc 2->Tracks
...
This way you can play all discs by playing the album, or go into it to select only one.

Is this possible?
