Yes, I get the same using windows 10, edge browser with a mouse left-click on the QNAP Install Release 6.1 link.

Try mouse right-click on the link and chose the Save targets as... option from the menu.

What web browser are you using and platform/OS, when trying to download?

I have a QNAP NAS 253A which I mainly use to store .flac music files for streaming.
I want to use Asset UPNP with my QNAP but when I try to download the file from the Asset site, I just get a page of letters , words & symbols - an HTML page (?) rather than a program download. I think there is a problem with the download link. What to do now?
