I've got a CD which was self published - not helpful I know. However, I've managed to get FLAC copies of the album tracks and a copy of the album artwork which I've saved as "folder.jpg" in the music folder. All OK so far.
When I play it, the individual tracks appear with the album art, but the title folder doesn't - just having the Asset v5 generic red folder icon. Where would I find the place to paste a copy of the folder artwork to make it appear?

Scratch that. I've done several re-scans, and it has materialised.
