mp4 files causing uMediaLibrary.exe to consume excessive CPU power

Hello. I have a large number of .mp4 audio files recorded from the BBD HD radio stream. When I include these in the folders to be served I see in Task Manager that uMediaLibrary.exe consumes 50% processor power? Is this normal behaviour? Removing the folders and rescaning ASSET does not solve the problem. The process must be killed and ASSET restarted without .mp4 - then everything is fine.
