Multi-encoder VERY slow, all others fine

When using the multi-encoder, it converts at a .5x-1.5x speed only. When encoding to a single format, I'm hitting 17x-20x. What gives?

2.2Ghz dual core w/ multi core option turned on if that makes a difference..

What formats are you encoding to? also are you using any DSP Effects?

Thanks for the quick reply, Spoon. Many of us are having the same problems and I'd love to share the fix with everyone..

      I'm encoding to: MP3/Lame: V0, V2, 320 AAC 320 Ogg q8.x

The only DSP effect I have on is the multi-core feature.

When I encode to any one of those formats individually, it encodes blazing fast. Only with the multi-encoder feature is it so slow.
